About The Position

DFA/Kemps Dairy is hiring warehouse operators to pick, pull, and build orders; palletize products; load, unload, and stage materials for outgoing delivery; and work at assigned stations or lines. Operators safely use material-handling equipment and machinery in warehouse, cooler, freezer, or dock environments. The role is with Oak Farms Dairy, a DFA brand that makes dairy products for families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
• Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend for virtually the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, assist others when lifting is necessary, and manually stack and move cases 6–8 cases high.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
