About The Position

Insomnia Cookies is looking for a Cookie Delivery Driver to join their team. In this role, you will deliver warm cookies and create memorable moments for customers. You will be responsible for delivering orders safely and accurately, ensuring they arrive warm and complete. In addition to deliveries, you will also be part of the bakery team, assisting with order preparation, welcoming guests, and maintaining the smooth operation of the bakery. Every shift offers a variety of tasks, but the commitment to delivering warm cookies and exceptional hospitality remains constant. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, interacting with new people, and working within an energetic team environment.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
Operate the register and process guest transactions.
Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
