Cookie Delivery Driver
About The Position
Insomnia Cookies is seeking Delivery Drivers for its new Cherry Hill location. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the "Boots on the ground" and the main face of Insomnia Cookies seen by customers, delivering "Cookie Magic" to fans. The role involves delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream, providing quality customer service, and using the Insomnia delivery app. When not driving, you will assist with preparing orders, welcoming guests, and keeping the bakery running smoothly. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, meeting new people, and working with an energetic team.
Requirements
- Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older to be employed
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company requirements.
- Current auto insurance that meets state minimum requirements.
- Smartphone capable of running company delivery applications.
- Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
- Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
- Deliver Insomnia Cookies orders safely, accurately, and with a smile.
- Ensure every order arrives warm, complete, and ready to impress.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery technology while following safe driving practices.
- Welcome guests in the bakery and provide friendly service between deliveries.
- Assist with preparing, packaging, and organizing delivery and pickup orders.
- Help bake and package cookies and other treats as needed.
- Operate the register and process guest transactions.
- Keep the bakery clean, organized, stocked, and food-safe.
- Work closely with your bakery team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
- Help create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.
