About The Position

Taco Mac is hiring a Cook, described in the position details as a Line Cook. Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift 25–70 pounds.
• Ability to use knives, slicing tools, and other food-preparation equipment.
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned prep work.
• Set up the cook’s station and equipment.
• Maintain product presentation, quality, and cook-time standards.
• Prepare menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations, and specifications.
• Verify stock.
• Clean equipment and maintain a clean work area.
