About The Position

Vohra is hiring a Hospitalist to provide bedside wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals, in the Macon, Missouri area. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, typically visiting 2–3 facilities and treating approximately 20–30 patients per day within a 40–60-mile radius of the practice location. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules. Full-time physicians work 4–5 weekdays, with the practice schedule listed as Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; part-time physicians work at least 3 days per week. There are no night, call, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. W2 physicians earn an average of $300,000 per year plus benefits for a 30-hour work week. The listed salary range is $200,000–$300,000 per year. Work visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Hold a full, active, unrestricted MD or DO medical license in the state where you wish to practice.
Commit to at least 3 weekdays per week, Monday through Friday.
