About The Position
Neville Place is hiring a Cook for its Dining team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Cook prepares and plates food for meals and special events and accommodates residents’ dietary needs as required. The role serves senior residents in a caring, home-like dining environment. The full-time shift is 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with a rotating weekend schedule. Pay starts at $22 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a cook in a fast-paced breakfast and lunch setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to lift trays and dishes and occasionally move dining tables and furniture.
Nice To Haves
- Food Safety certification is preferred.
