About The Position

Methuen Village is seeking a Cook to join its Dining team and help provide senior residents with attentive service and a gourmet dining experience. The Cook prepares and plates food for meals and special events and accommodates residents’ dietary needs as required. This full-time role is based at Methuen Village in Methuen, Massachusetts, with rotating days and an every-other-weekend commitment. Pay starts at $20 per hour.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of experience as a cook in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
Punctuality and reliability.
Ability to lift trays and dishes and occasionally move dining tables and furniture.

Nice To Haves

Food Safety certification.
