Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• 1 to 2 years of food & beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food for service and set up cooking station.
• Follow established recipes and presentation standards.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, high-energy kitchen.
• Keep station clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Reset and refresh area after service.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver great guest experiences.
• Support a culture of superior guest service.
• Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
