Requirements

Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

1 to 2 years of food & beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen (preferred)

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality food for service and set up your cooking station for success
Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
Work efficiently in a high-volume, high-energy kitchen
Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout your shift
Reset and refresh your area after service
Collaborate with teammates to deliver great guest experiences
