Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 2 years of food & beverage experience in a high-volume kitchen

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food for service and set up your cooking station for success
• Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, high-energy kitchen
• Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary throughout your shift
• Reset and refresh your area after service
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver great guest experiences
• Support a culture of superior guest service—because every plate counts
• Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
