About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Cook to join our vessel operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quality meals for vessel personnel, maintaining a clean and sanitary galley, managing food inventories, and supporting overall vessel operations.

Requirements

  • Previous cooking experience (offshore, maritime, camp, industrial, or commercial kitchen experience preferred).
  • Valid TWIC.
  • Valid MMC with Medical Card
  • Current STCW Basic Training endorsement.
  • Valid U.S. Passport.
  • Ability to work rotational offshore schedules.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with offshore, maritime, camp, or industrial catering experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve daily meals for crew and passengers.
  • Maintain galley cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Manage food inventories and provisioning.
  • Participate in vessel safety drills and emergency response activities.
  • Support vessel operations as assigned by the Master.
