Requirements

• Minimum two years of operational experience in the shipping industry (preferably dry cargo).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
• A true team player, able to effectively share responsibilities and collaborate across different countries and cultures.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic market environment.
• Structured & detail oriented
• Flexible approach

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the daily operations of owned and time-chartered vessels.
• Planning routes and schedules to optimize fuel efficiency and minimize delays.
• Coordinating with ports, agents, and cargo handlers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handling all types of cargo documentation, including B/Ls and LOIs.
• Addressing and resolving unforeseen challenges promptly and professionally.
• Contributing to maintaining Pangaea’s best-in-class status.
