About The Position

The Cook plays a pivotal role at Southeastern Integrated Care's (SEIC) adult residential facility, which provides care for individuals seeking assistance for substance use. The cook will oversee menu planning and meal preparation, supporting a Farm to Table approach by incorporating fresh, locally grown ingredients. This role requires sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and recipes.
• Ability to solve problems and work both independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sensitivity to the needs of individuals with MH/SA/IDD concerns.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a cook in a similar setting preferred.
