This position is responsible for the nutritional needs of the residents by preparing meals in accordance with the posted menu, utilizing the recipes provided, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. The role involves preparing meals, ensuring resident satisfaction and proper nutrition, communicating with servers, monitoring food temperatures, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, ensuring equipment is in good working order, proper food storage, maintaining records, and potentially overseeing additional kitchen team members in the absence of the Dining Services Director.
