Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on cooking or culinary experience required.
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for serving seniors.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with residents and colleagues.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to help with cleanup and maintain a safe, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare fresh, flavorful, and memorable dishes that residents love.
Learn residents’ preferences and dietary needs to make each meal special.
Work closely with dining staff, care teams, and leadership to ensure smooth service.
Showcase culinary creativity at community events, celebrations, and gatherings.
Help with cleanup and maintain a safe, organized kitchen.
