About The Position
The Cook prepares specified menu items for patients, the cafeteria, and catered services. The role ensures adherence to sanitation, safety, and food-handling procedures. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position at Edward Hospital in Naperville, working evenings from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or a minimum of two years of cooking experience in an institutional setting.
- Food Handler Training Certificate Program (ANSI Accredited) within 30 days of the start date for employees working on their ServSafe Manager Certificate (ANSI).
