About The Position

The Cook prepares meals for residents and provides high-quality dining service that takes resident preferences and special dietary requirements into account, while complying with applicable food and sanitation regulations. The Cook assists with producing all menu items, demonstrates safe food-handling procedures with special emphasis on critical control, and maintains consistently high cleanliness standards in work and storage areas. The listed schedule is 6:00 AM–2:15 PM.

Requirements

• Related experience or training is helpful but not required.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
