About The Position
We are seeking skilled and experienced On-Call Cooks for our Emerald Crest Memory Care facilities, Cassia communities. This position works in our commissary kitchen, located in Burnsville. Requirements
- Experience in commercial and/or quantity cooking equivalent preferred.
- Ability to speak and read English.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with others
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals in our commissary kitchen in Burnsville.
- Package meals to be picked up by our courier service for delivery to our 3 locations (Burnsville, Minnetonka, and Shakopee).
- Assist with ordering food and general supplies.
- Assist with receiving and verifying all food deliveries.
- Assist with maintaining proper inventory for each site.
- Maintain positive communication between the commissary kitchen and households to ensure residents diet needs are being met.
- Maintain all state and federal compliance.
