About The Position

This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours, offering a fun, relaxed, and no-stress work environment. The role involves preparing and serving quality meals in a small, easy-to-clean kitchen. You will not interact with the jail or inmates. The shifts are from 8 am to 1 pm, with no early mornings or late nights. Additional benefits and pay for holidays are offered.

Requirements

• Every other weekend availability.
• Flexibility with schedule when needed.
• Great attendance.
• Positive attitude.
• Cooking experience (even home cooking) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality meals (easy recipes) for around 20 trays on average.
• Stay busy and keep the kitchen clean.
• Understand the importance of food safety and cleanliness.
• Be able to do what it takes during tough times.
