About The Position
This position is responsible for preparing quality food according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment. The role is a Full Time, Days position at Rumford Hospital, located at 420 Franklin St, Rumford, Maine. Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. CMH's hospital facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital and Rumford Hospital. Requirements
- Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred.
- County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.

- Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired.
