About The Position
Rumford Hospital is seeking a Part Time Cook to join their Dietary Department. This role involves preparing quality food according to established food safety policies in a sanitary environment. The position is for 24 hours per week, with shifts during the day. Rumford Hospital is part of Central Maine Healthcare, an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people in Maine.
Requirements
- Two (2) years experience in food service with commercial, institutional cooking experience preferred.
- County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets desired.
