About The Position

Cooks at The Carnegie prepare and present high-quality food for residents, guests, and associates, helping create an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere. The role includes assisting with the production of creatively designed cuisine, preparing food according to menus, production sheets, and recipes, maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and food-preparation areas, delivering invoices to the Dining Services Director, and keeping records of meals served and food and supplies used as required.

Requirements

• Have one to three years of cooking experience.
• Must have Food Handler’s certification as required.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate preferred.

Responsibilities
