Back of House team members will work a variety of positions, which include but are not limited to cooking all recipes from the menu, prepping ingredients, washing dishes, working the plancha, making salsas from scratch (starting with roasting peppers), maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, cross-training in different roles, and contributing to a fun work environment.
