About The Position

Prepares and presents menu items during cafeteria service according to Quest standards. Follows preparation lists for menu execution and assists with daily kitchen operations. Duties may include bulk preparation, catering preparation, receiving products, and cleaning. Assists customers and maintains the service line in a consistent, professional manner. Cook I assists with cold preparation, salad and grab-and-go production using recipes, and serves food on the hot line. Follows HACCP and food safety guidelines and receives and stores kitchen deliveries.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present menu items during cafeteria service to Quest standards.
Follow preparation lists for menu execution.
Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations.
Perform bulk preparation and catering preparation as needed.
Receive and put away kitchen deliveries.
Clean as needed.
Assist customers and maintain the service line in a consistent, professional manner.
Assist with cold preparation, salad, and grab-and-go production using recipes.
Serve food on the hot line.
Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.
