About The Position

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking passionate Cooks to prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals for its Kupuna. The role supports activities throughout the kitchen and dining areas and is responsible for meal quality, quality of service, and compliance with special diets. Cooks also break down and sanitize food service locations and equipment. Scheduling needs include Sunday/Monday morning availability, weekday day shifts, and vacation or call-out coverage as needed.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of menu planning, preparation methods, and inspection of food items.
• Knowledge of kitchen management, sanitation, safety, and personal hygiene principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals for Kupuna.
• Support activities in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure the quality of meals served and the quality of service provided.
• Comply with special-diet requirements.
• Break down and sanitize food service locations and equipment.
