About The Position

The Village at Regional West is an independent and assisted living retirement community located next to and affiliated with Regional West Health Services is actively looking for a caring individual to join the team as a Cook.

Our mission is a commitment to advancing the health and wellness of the individuals and communities we are honored to serve.

To serve the mission, we ask that you assist with meal preparation according to standard recipes and menu description to ensure product consistency.

Requirements

• Interpret and follow verbal and written instructions

Nice To Haves

• Previous food experience in a senior care facility beneficial

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and work area sanitation.
• Be responsible for performing all special cleaning assignments and initialing off/on cleaning schedule.
• Utilizes Fiscal responsibility with Food and Supplies.
