The cook is responsible for preparing assigned menu items according to standardized recipes and using HACCP guidelines. Other responsibilities include cleaning and daily maintenance of equipment; proper storage of food items and assistance with recipe development to meet departmental guidelines. This is a full-time position at Spring Creek Health Care Facility. Hours are 10 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., five days per week.
