About The Position

Beat The Bomb is seeking a Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for creating a unique experience for customers and team members through food service. This role requires adherence to recipes and food safety guidelines, with a primary focus on kitchen operations. However, all team members are expected to understand the broader Beat The Bomb operation. The Denver location, opening in March 2025, will feature signature Mission experiences, arcade lounges, a full-service bar, and a beer garden, making it an ideal entertainment venue. Beat The Bomb is an expanding entertainment brand looking for a world-class team to launch this new location.

• Serve Safe certified or willing to take courses to be certified

• Isn't afraid to get messy (If you make a mess cooking the food tastes better)...but fully understands the need to keep their area clean and sanitized

Responsibilities

• Prep Food per recipe
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Complete appropriate time/temp checklists
• Clean and Sanitize kitchen at beginning and end of shift
• Prepare food items to spec and according to tickets
• Wash, sanitize and store all plateware, glasses and kitchen equipment
• Empty all Kitchen and Bar trash when necessary
• Assist with FOH duties during down times
