Requirements

Previous cooking experience preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work the 7a-11a shift.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year may be eligible for naturalization fee advancement.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus.
Culinary certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food in accordance with menu and recipes.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.
Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist with inventory and ordering of food supplies.
Collaborate with dining services team to ensure smooth operations.
