About The Position

As a cook at Denny’s, you will prepare complete meals and coordinate multiple tickets at once to ensure food is served hot, fresh, and on time. You will prepare menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, work with kitchen staff and servers, and maintain a clean, organized station. The role may suit a short order cook, line cook, grill cook, or breakfast cook.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and manage full-meal preparation across multiple tickets.
• Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and cooking techniques.
• Team player with solid communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a short order cook, line cook, grill cook, or restaurant cook is strongly preferred.
