About The Position

Hospitality Services Group (HSG) is hiring an experienced Cook to join a busy healthcare food service team. This role involves preparing food according to recipes and established standards, handling made-to-order tickets and short-order cooking, preparing burgers and other menu items, completing daily food prep, and preparing large-batch items. The current assignment is expected to continue through the end of August/beginning of September, with the potential to become a full-time opportunity for a strong performer.

Requirements

• Previous professional cooking experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable with short-order and batch cooking
• Able to read and follow recipes independently
• Fast, organized, and quality-focused
• Dependable and punctual
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes and established standards
