About The Position
Hospitality Services Group (HSG) is hiring experienced Cooks for upcoming events throughout the fall. These are busy, high-volume event kitchens, so we're looking for cooks who already know the basics, can follow recipes, and are ready to jump in and contribute.
Requirements
- Previous professional cook experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Able to read and follow recipes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to provided recipes
- Assist with prep, production, and plate-ups
- Maintain food quality and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Support other areas of the kitchen when needed
