About The Position
Buddy's Harbor is expanding rapidly with the completion of its dining room and lounge extension, aiming for early July functionality. The restaurant already offers popular Artisan Pizzas, Subs, and Salads, and is launching a Weekend Waterfront BBQ. With anticipated high demand due to new boat slips, they are seeking cooks who can manage a fast-paced environment and grow with the company.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in an expanding kitchen environment and seeing it as an opportunity to set standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume rush.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative work ethic; no drama.
- Previous line or pizza experience is beneficial, but a "can-do" attitude and sense of urgency are trainable.
- Must have a home, a phone, and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Mastering wood-fired pizzas, high-end subs, and fresh salads.
- Running the Weekend Waterfront BBQ, handling high-volume and high-energy service.
- Assisting with the launch of the full "Buddy’s Lounge" kitchen extension in July.
- Maintaining a clean station, working with urgency, and ensuring presentation standards for all dishes.
