Help develop and refine standard recipes that meet company food policies and elevate our culinary offerings.
Work toward department goals for sales, margin, and labor costs through smart prep and waste management.
Maintain a clean, sanitized work area at all times, demonstrating "deft" movement and safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
