Requirements

• Ability to pass a TSA background check and drug screening.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of professional cooking experience.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high‑volume kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and food safety.
• Dependable, team‑oriented, and attentive to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-end hospitality is a plus (airlines, hotels, catered events, restaurants, private clubs).
