About The Position

The Banquet Cook prepares food for banquets. Requirements

• Prior cooking experience; the description states 2–3 years of prior cooking experience.
• Prior line-cooking experience, including sauté, grill, fry, oven, and steam.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English in a professional manner.
• Team-player attitude and flexibility.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures.
