About The Position

Bridge Point is hiring an experienced Cook to prepare meals in a fast-paced kitchen. The role involves preparing food efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency, and may include working across different kitchen areas after cross-training. Cooking styles include American comfort food as well as Asian, Latin, and Cajun cuisine. The employer is willing to train candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements

Professional cooking experience.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
Experience as a Prep Cook and/or Line Cook.
Knowledge of various cooking methods, food safety standards, and proper kitchen sanitation.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Basic cooking skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Required uniform and footwear: black slacks, a black polo shirt, black non-slip shoes, and steel-toe shoes.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of different flavors and spices, including Asian, Latin, and Cajun cuisines.
