About The Position
Cook needed for school food service in the Mullica Township, NJ area. This is a Monday through Friday position, day shift, with 6 hours daily, from 8 am to 2 pm. Enjoy no weekends or holidays, and have summers off! This role requires the ability to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.
Requirements
- Cooking experience required.
- Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe® certification a plus.
- K-12 experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold meals.
- Follow menus and recipes according to the NSLP guidelines.
- Adhere to all safety and food handling procedures.
- Use of personal protective equipment at all times.
- Inventory monthly.
- Daily production records.
- Stocking.
- Serving.
- Cleaning.
