This position is responsible for the preparation of food according to restaurant recipes and/or guests’ requests. The Cook will assist multiple stations with food preparation, cooking, and plating, maintaining the highest level of food presentation and quality. Adherence to all health code regulations and standards is required, along with maintaining food and supply inventory and notifying management of restocking needs. Team members may use personal devices for job-related operational tasks. This role is part of the culinary team at Stubborn Seed, a restaurant within Resorts World Las Vegas.
