The Kitchen Manager is responsible for preparing food for guests in a mental health crisis center. Guests may not exceed 16 per day. This position will ensure the program is meeting dietary needs according to all Federal and State Guidelines, Rules, Regulations, policies, and procedures and within monthly Budget allocated amount. This position will be responsible for all meal planning and preparation at one MDH licensed program.
