About The Position

This role involves delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented services to consumers across a range of settings within a multidisciplinary team. The clinician will support individuals, their families, and carers through evidence-based interventions focused on rehabilitation, recovery, and community reintegration. Key aspects include applying clinical knowledge to assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and contribute to therapeutic programs. The role also emphasizes continuous improvement, managing workload, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining a safe service environment.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively.
Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
Immunisation compliance.
