About The Position

The Cook II supports the Cook A with preparing dishes, sauces, dressings, and garnishes according to recipes for breakfast, snacks, and the employee dining area. The role prepares the kitchen for daily operations and prepares and delivers food for the breakfast area, snack area, and team members. The Cook II also helps submit kitchen requisitions to the general storeroom and cooks both complex and simple dishes in accordance with nutrition, dietary, and hygiene standards to provide food service that meets brand requirements.

• Cook simple and complex dishes while following nutrition, dietary, and hygiene standards to ensure food service meets brand requirements.
