About The Position

This role is responsible for providing excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, and performing medium complexity hot and cold food preparation. The Cook II will also maintain comprehensive knowledge of advanced food preparation and handling techniques, kitchen equipment operation, and safety and sanitation rules and practices. Requirements

  • Medium complexity hot and cold food preparation, such as sauces and gravies, including accompaniments and garnishes in accordance to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of advanced food preparation and handling techniques.
  • Knowledge of all kitchen equipment operation, including tear down, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Extensive knowledge of safety and sanitation rules and practices
