This role is responsible for providing excellent quality of customer service to co-workers and guests, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment, and performing medium complexity hot and cold food preparation. The Cook II will also maintain comprehensive knowledge of advanced food preparation and handling techniques, kitchen equipment operation, and safety and sanitation rules and practices.
