Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions. This role is responsible for preparing food items according to recipe cards and production standards, ensuring proper portioning and quality. The Cook II will also manage food preparation timelines, maintain inventory, and ensure proper storage and rotation of food items. This position requires operating and maintaining various kitchen equipment and adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
