About The Position

Royal Street Café Cook II - Summer 2026. Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. Requirements

• Previous cooking experience.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift and carry 25 – 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sous Chef with preparation and presentation of daily menus, restocking, and serving selections at stations where lines develop during peak hours.
• Cook dishes according to recipes and develop new food selections in conjunction with the sous chef and executive chef.
• Keep service lines clean, change pans as needed, and ensure food selections are well-stocked and appropriately garnished.
• Ensure mise-en-place is in sufficient quantities for the day’s requirements.
• Properly store and rotate food to ensure freshness and avoid waste.
• Complete daily inventories.
• Assist servers during busy times.
• Other duties as assigned.
