The Food and Beverage team is elevating its craft to match the sophistication and energy of our refreshed restaurants and reimagined beachfront destination. Diplomat Prime is a modern steakhouse providing an elevated dining experience. We are seeking a Cook I to join our exceptional team! We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven, with a positive approach to hospitality.
Requirements
- Solidified knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Previous experience in a high-volume, professional atmosphere
- Detail-oriented approach to your work
- Previous experience working in a time-sensitive atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
- Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items, as needed
