About The Position

The Juniper Hotel Cupertino is seeking a part-time Breakfast Server to join their food and beverage team. This role involves serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to the hotel's financial profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, be a team player, and be able to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year experience as a food server
At least 2-3 years experience in food service in a guest facing role
Strong customer service abilities with a demonstrated history of effective teamwork
The ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
