Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year experience
- Valid food handler's permit.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Providing services by replenishing essential items in the food services area and dining areas.
- Assisting with the stocking or food and beverage items and set up cafeteria lines and may be responsible for serving meals.
- Assisting in the storage and inventory of supplies; transfer food ingredients and make available for the meal preparation.
- Cleaning food service area, tables and kitchen equipment and appliances as required.
- Assist in the preparation of foods; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
- Prepare vegetables, salads, meats, breads, and desserts as instructed or routinely set forth in an appetizing and appealing manner.
- Assist in washing dishes/utensils, and store in orderly fashion.
- Assist with service area daily which includes keeping refrigerators, floors, and food carts clean.
- Promote and support positive customer service.
