About The Position

CURA of Watkins is looking for a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Cook/Dietary Aide to join our dietary team! We are a long-term care campus dedicated to providing quality care and creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for our residents. Our dietary team plays an important role in our residents' daily experience, from preparing meals they enjoy to creating positive connections at the dining table. Nice To Haves

• Previous cooking or dietary experience is helpful, but we are willing to train
• Someone who enjoys serving and caring for others

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals for our residents
• Follow menus, recipes, and food safety guidelines
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and clean-up
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas
• Help provide friendly, respectful service to residents
• Work closely with the dietary team and other campus staff
• Follow special diets and resident-specific meal requirements
