About The Position

As a Banquet Cook at Beau Rivage, you will bring your culinary talent to life by preparing high-quality dishes for large-scale events, banquets, and special functions across the property. With precision, consistency, and attention to detail, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences that elevate every event and leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Requirements

  • Meets the minimum age requirements of 18+ years old

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably has 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or mass production kitchen

Responsibilities

  • Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards.
  • Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas.
  • Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.
  • Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service.
